tässä päivän outfit, jonka asusteet on vaihtunu iltaa kohden mut pohja on ollu sama. tajusin, mitä aarretta oon piilotellu ku oon jättäny ton berliinistä tuodun hapsutakin täysin huomiotta. nahkatakki siis vaihtu siihen! myös uudet lempipopot hietsun kirpparilta pääsi taas tänään kyytiin mukaan. tajusin et hyvä ja mukava asu syntyy ku siihen kuulu mahdollisimman paljon lempiasioita..luonnollisesti!

this is today's outfit despite some minor alterations towards the evening. i realized the potential that my fringed jacket, brought all the way from berlin, has compared to the ordinary leather jacket. my new favorite shoes followed me today too. i've come to realize that a comfortable outfit is at its best when it consists of as many favorite things that you can imagine..i mean, naturally!

hello hey laaja lukijakuntamme! oon aivan rakastunu mun sunnuntain hietsun kirpparilöytöön, noihin steppikenkiä muistuttaviin menopeleihin! äitikin sano et sopii mulle ku nakutettu, varsinki ku steppi kuuluu mun monivuotisiin harrastuksiin (tosin nyt jo jääny menneisyyteen). halusin kenkuleiden seuraks pastellinväriset sukat ja liilat löytyki lindexistä. oon saanu tähän mennessä kuulla et yhdistelmä on lähinnä hassu, mut hei come on, huumoria peliin! :) olo on ku gingerillä (rogers)..fred (astaire) vaan puuttuu.

hey you. i'm in love with my new flea market finds, the shoes, reminiscent of a pair of tap shoes. since tap dance is a dear old hobby of mine, i can't help but feeling utter happiness for the compatibility that the shoes and myself have. i feel like ginger rogers and i feel like dancing!

ylläolevan asun uusiin hankintoihin kuuluu toi villapaita kierrätyskeskuksesta ja tekonahkashortsit ginasta. haluisin vielä noiden shortsien kyytipojaks sellaset ohuet mustat sukkikset, joissa on pilkkuja (vai sydämiä?). myös lilat tai sellaset viileen mintun väriset sukkikset ois hienot.

i bought the knitted shirt at the recycling center and the shorts at gina tricot. i'm still longing for a pair of tights wit polka dots (or little hearts in them?) mm, those would be off the hook.

hello haircut

tukka on siis lyhentyny yli parikyt senttii ja tässä tulos, eli polkkahan se siinä! oon tyytyväinen lopputulokseen, vaikka pikkumyy-nutturaa tuleeki ikävä. mut kylhän se hius kasvaa! kävin muuten eilen hietalahden kirppiksen vieressä olevassa hietsumarketissa ja sieltä löyty noi kuvan maiharit hintaan 1,50 egee! eli pakkohan ne oli kiikuttaa kotiin ja mukavaks on osottautunu.

tänään kävin opinto-ohjaajalla selvittelemässä tutkintoasioita ja näyttää siltä et ei puutu ku pari hassuu kurssii ja gradu ja sit meikä on vapaa! tuli jotenki helpottunu fiilis..luulin et multa puuttuu vaikka mitä pakollisia suorituksia, mut kohta oonki maisteri mmmmm. :) samalla otin omasta neuvostani vaarin ja kävin forumin hintasirkuksessa bongailemassa edellisen postauksen kaltasta pitkää mekkoa ja 50 prossan alesta tarttuki mukaan epäsymmetrinen valkonen paituli, jes. päätynee jo huomenna päälle. onlysta sen ostin.

so here's a photo of my new haircut. it's a lot shorter than the previous one but i like it! i found the boots in the photo at a thrift store next to the hietalahti market for 1,50 euros, that's what i call CHEAP. today i also went to talk to a student advisor at our school and it turned out that i only have a couple more courses left together with the thesis and then i'll have the honor of being referred to as MASTER mmmm. after school i went gazing at long dresses that i tipped about in the previous post and i did find an asymmetrical little piece for half of the original price. good day, i must say.

nyt ku ilmatki kylmenee ni on oivallista, et pidempihelmanen mekko/hame voi näyttää niin hyvältä, puhumattakaan käytännöllisyydestä. haluaisin just tollasen mekon kun anywhon stephaniella viikonlopun rientoihin. yhdistäisin siihen joko mun uudet maiharit tai monki-wedget...täytys enää vaa löytää tollane mekko hmm.

since it's getting colder, a longer hemline works more than well. i'd love a long dress like stephanie's and would pair it with my monki wedges or turn it rock'n'roll by putting on my new laced boots. if i only had the dress now, ummm.

FLOW09

kolme päivää suvilahdessa ja kesän kohokohta, flow! ja siitä on vierähtäny jo lähes kuukausi. huh, aika menee nopeesti. better late than never ja tässä kuvakavalkadi flowsta meidän silmin. täytyy sanoo, et grace jonesin visuaalinen keikka (ja sieltä pöllityt konfetit) oli kyl parasta antia, mut sekää ei yhtään haitannu et lily allen tuli backstagelta kahen metrin päähän meistä!( tsekkaa kuva 14). henkilökohtanen suosikki oli sit toisaalta kumminki hypnotic brass ensemble, vaikka bändin jäsenet oliki ylenpalttisen flirttejä ja nähtiin yhen jos toisenki suomineidon pauloissa keikan jälkeen...et sellasia pleijereitä. mut musa toimi! vuoden odotus sit taas seuraavaan kesän kohokohtaan, flow10, oujee!

wow, we were at the flow festival almost a month ago..the time just flies, doesn't it! better late than never. grace jones and her visual extravaganza really was outstanding, i must say. plus, i must brag about spotting lily allen practically standing next to us when fever ray was playing, see the paparazzi shot, photo 14. a personal favorite, anyhow, was hypnotic brass ensemble although the guys were flirty as heck and were spotted making closer contacts with finnish beauties after the gig...well, the music worked without a doubt. let's have some great fun next year again, folks!
